About Us

For over 35 years, Glover Building has set a higher standard for residential construction and land transformation.  What began in 1991 with our very first custom home builds has steadily evolved into a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary construction firm. Our journey has been defined by a natural progression of expertise—expanding from residential custom builds,  into strategic land development, subdivision planning, complex hardscaping, and premier whole-home renovations.

Today, we specialize in high-end coastal property transformations, stripping structures down to the studs to re-design them into modern, energy-efficient masterpieces, alongside building intricate custom exterior living spaces and luxury decks built to withstand the elements.

At Glover Building, we don't believe in generic spaces or leaving investments to chance. Every project we deliver has an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way. From the foundation to the finishes of an upscale coastal estate, our master tradespeople handle every phase with total transparency and accountability. We don't just build structures; we craft enduring spaces with a level of precision and results that speak completely for themselves.
